Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to Akasaka station and a variety of nearby dining options, making it a fantastic base for exploring the area and embracing the vibrant surroundings.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Great stay for three nights! Super clean rooms with fab amenities and a killer view of the skyline. That 7-Eleven downstairs is a lifesaver! Easy access to transport and delicious eats around.
The noise from the water pipes was like a bad karaoke session! And don't get me started on the questionable comforter situation.

The food scene around is a thrill! Minori Restaurant & Bar had killer sushi, and the vibe at Kaishu felt authentically local. Also loved the cozy, clean atmosphere and the 7-Eleven downstairs for those late-night ramen cravings.
The smoke smell was way too strong. it lingered like an uninvited guest all night! Despite that, the cozy bed and friendly service shone through, making up for the hiccups.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed, which is super important. I loved the bathroom too—lots of nice grooming stuff and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There were also fun little extras like slippers and jammies. Just a heads up, there wasn't much room for luggage. Overall, it fit my needs well.

The location in Akasaka is fantastic. Close to metro stations and has plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Room amenities like chargers and a microwave on each floor were really convenient. The laundry facilities were free and a huge help for my longer stay. However, the first room I received had a damp smell, which was disappointing, and the second room also had a faint odor. The breakfast options could use improvement as it felt limited. Despite the room size being tiny, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower very good. I enjoyed my time here mainly due to the staff and location, but hope for better room conditions next time.

Perfect family getaway!
We had a super comfy stay for 3 nights! The staff were super friendly and helped us check in early. Our Queen room was just right for us and our little one. Plus, there’s a cool community center across the street for kids. The 7-11 in the hotel basement was super handy for snacks. Just wish there were more dining options nearby!
